SebAcco AB aims to offer flexible and problem-free accommodation for companies. We offer both long- and short-term accommodation, furnished or unfurnished, large and small projects. No matter what your needs are, we try to meet them as quickly and efficiently as possible. Our top priority is to ensure your needs are met, and we are committed to working with you to find the perfect solution to suit your needs.

We are with you all the way from the first contact until you move out of the home, if problems arise or if your needs change during the rental period, we are there to solve this in the best way.

How it works!

Contact us with your needs, location, number of people, time frame, budget and if you have specific requirements.

Our accommodation is usually fully furnished and everything is included in the rent, such as electricity, heating, water, WiFi, garbage disposal, parking.

We find suitable accommodation for your company that meets your exact requirements. Often already the same day! We present accommodation to you with digital or physical display.

We discuss the accommodation so that it meets your requirements, is there anything you want to add or change, when you are satisfied we go ahead and write an agreement. We use digital agreements through oneflow.

You move in, we make sure that the accommodation is ready and that it complies with your wishes. We are with you throughout the rental period and ensure that the accommodation meets your requirements.

If there is something that does not work during your stay, or if the needs change, we are there to arrange this.
